Ah, Jilian & Eric. As I begin to get in the habit of sharing this summer’s adventures (yes, I know.. blog more! blog more!), I am SO overwhelmed by all of the emotions that I had experienced since diving into the photography world head first. Over the past year, life has changed completely. Last August I made the decision to skip the college thing and dive DEEP into my business. I traded 8 am classes for a couple hours of extra sleep and now spend my mornings playing my favorite jams, drinking coffee, and editing in my humble abode. And my nights? Even better. Who would’ve thought I would be running around with incredible people celebrating engagements and new chapters?! God has answered my prayers and given me the greatest purpose and for that I am so thankful!

So as I try to comprehend just what this past year has been, I also begin trying to express my gratitude for all of my rockstar clients who allow me to capture the moments that hold such intimacy and importance to them. I thought what better way to share some of my gratitude than to let you see first hand what this passion of mine is all about?  These two, this love – I knew I had to get it up on the blog ASAP.

As I look through these photos and reflect on our time together, I have so many great things to say about these two. Their journey began in high school, carried them through college at the University of Minneapolis and landed them, 7 YEARS  later in a cozy city apartment celebrating their soon to be forever. Jilian and Eric are on fire for each other.
